Permission for the following alterations to existing dwelling: (1) To demolish existing conservatory and existing shed attached to rear elevation; (2) To construct new single storey extension to rear elevation and associated new shed; (3) Minor elevational alterations to existing elevations, namely; new finishes to flat roof fascia at existing single storey volumes, and construction of new first floor window to serve new ensuite bathroom and new high level window to serve kitchen area on side elevation, (4) All associated site works.
