Extension of the existing dwelling. The extension will consist of the following: 1) Excavation of existing front garden to construct a new garage with new entrance at street level with new access stairs to ground level of dwelling. 2) Alteration to elevations of existing dwelling house to include 2 storey extension to front of dwelling, an increase in height of external wall to side elevation and installation of new flat roof and parapet & 3) All associated site works.
