The development consists of the change of use of the existing ground floor offices to residential use consisting of 2 no. 1 bedroom apartments and to alter and raise the roof of the existing rear annex from a pitched roof to a flat roof in order to create a habitable space with provision for 1 no. window to the rear of the existing annexe and to change the existing vehicular access to a pedestrian access with provision for a new ramped access to front and for all associated site works.
