New opaque window to side elevation for ensuite. Removal of an existing 14 sqm conservatory and kitchen extension to the side and 8.5 sqm toilet/laundry room to the rear. Removal of existing disused chimneys to the side and rear. New pitched roof canopy to the front dwelling and new glazed screen to the side for the existing roof terrace. Widen the existing driveway entrance by 1m and ancillary works.
