(a) Increase site boundaries (b) excavation and reducing of existing ground levels and construction of the new concrete retaining walls to the western boundary, part northern boundary and part southern boundary (c) new fabrication workshop building with associated two storey office / administration / amenities area to the west of the site (d) new storage building to the north of the site (e) decommissioning of the existing septic tank system and installation of a new treatment plant and associated polishing filter, the development also includes (f) widening of the existing entrance of the public road R586, new carpark and associated hardstanding areas along with all associated site works.
