Permission for widening of the existing vehicular entrance. Development proposal consists of widening of the existing vehicular entrance, relocating pier to match existing and construction of a hard surface area in front garden to facilitate vehicular parking with materials/drainage measures in accordance with Authority requirements.Development includes all ancillary site works to the front of the property . Permission is also sought for the dishing of the pavement area to the front of the property to accommodate the widened vehicular entrance.
