The subdivision of an existing warehouse to provide for the installation of a new steam boiler system and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development consists of the erection of an external piperack bridge to connect to an existing still house, the installation of 4 no. rooftop flues and elevational changes to the existing warehouse. The proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies and is for the purposes of activity requiring an integrated pollution control license [Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) License].
