The development will consist of: proposed changes to previously approved planning application Reg. Ref. 4050/19. Changes include addition of a pitched roof and roof light, alterations to the front facade materiality and overall aesthetic to be more in keeping with the character of the area and some internal modifications. The works will still consist of demolition of existing rear garage and alterations to existing northern boundary wall and side vehicular entrance. As per previous planning the development will also consist of the sub-division of the rear garden to allow for the construction of the new two storey detached infill dwelling with entrance off Ovoca Road, roof lights, a screened first floor terrace and all associated site works.
