Decision Maker's Conclusion
- The proposal is premature pending the confirmation of the Inter-Urban Route No. 1 (IU-1) alignment and the provision of a feasible connection through third-party lands.
- The development could adversely impact the delivery and design of critical road and drainage infrastructure currently being planned under the Carrigtwohill URDF initiative.
- Granting permission at this stage would compromise the strategic development of the Urban Expansion Area and is contrary to proper planning and sustainable development.
