1) Remove all existing stone effect finishes to the north, south and east elevations and replace with a new external insulated render finish, 2) Remove all 1st floor dormer windows to the east elevation and replace with a single larger dormer window. 3) Remove all existing window types and replace with new window type and fenestration. 4) Remove existing ground floor bay window and existing boiler house 5) New single storey extension to the rear to include new kitchen/dining and utility areas. 6) Internal alterations to existing dwelling and all site works relevant to the proposed development.
