The development will consist of: (i) construction of the two storey flat roof extension to the rear of the existing dwelling; (ii) construction of the new dormer to the rear roof at attic floor level; (iii) alterations to existing roofed over porch including new ground floor bay window to the front elevation; (iv) widening of the existing vehicular entrance off Baymount Park; (v) removal of the existing chimney to the rear; (vi) other works as part of the development to include: alterations to all elevations, rooflights, landscaping, SuDS drainage and all associated site works necessary to facilitate development.
