The Development will consist of: 1. Demolition of existing garage and rear extension. 2. Construction of a two-storey side extension with a tiled pitched to consist of a home office, WC and lounge at ground floor level and a bedroom, walk in wardrobe and WC and first floor. 3. Construction of a single storey flat roof rear extension to consist of a kitchen/dining room. 4. Modifications to the existing main roof to consist of changing the current hip roof to a gable ended roof with incorporating one rear facing skylight, all to be connected to the proposed two storey side extension. 5. Modifications to the existing front boundary treatment including increasing the width of the vehicular access exiting on to Mount Prospect Park, Clontarf, Dublin 3. 6. General remodel and upgrade of the main dwelling at both ground floor and first floor to suit the proposed layouts. 7. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
