The development consists of (a) The demolition of a chimney stack, external store and single storey extension at rear and garage at side. (b) The construction of an extension at rear and side of house. This extension will be partly single storey and partly two storey (c) To convert attic space and alter roof for use as ancillary domestic accommodation and storage areas with a dormer at rear (South Elevation). The existing hipped roof to be extended to form a gable roof. (d) To widen the existing vehicular access from Collins Avenue and to provide onsite parking for 2 cars (e) Internal alterations to house at ground and first floor levels and all associated site works
