The construction of a new split-level, three storey, standalone extension, with associated siteworks, west of the existing school. The extension is designed to accommodate specialist teaching rooms, including 3 science laboratories, an art room, home economics, as well as 4 classrooms and ancillary accommodation. This development includes an ESB substation, the relocation of existing onsite carparking and pedestrian gate attached to vehicular entrance, together with a new bus and car set-down area, set-back from the public road. This application applies also for permission to temporarily enlarge the existing, South-eastern existing gate, to provide temporary vehicular construction access, for the duration of construction.
