The construction of 67 no. dwelling houses and all ancillary site works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 34 no. 4 bedroom dwellings, 30 no. 3 bedroom dwellings and 3no. 2 bedroom dwellings. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance and internal road network permitted by Cork County Council planning reference 19/4124, serving the ‘Elmbury’ residential development which is currently under construction. The proposed development represents the second phase of the ‘Elmbury’ residential development.
