PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for interior and exterior alterations to an existing house and rear extension involving: re-building of external walls and roof to existing single-storey extension with a small increase in footprint eastwards; 2 no. oriel windows at ground floor to the north elevation; additional and repositioned windows at ground and first floor; internal alterations to existing kitchen, dining and play room; demolition of existing shed; a new garden room; reinstatement of front door and windows; reinstatement of side and front gate; rebuilding and extension of existing south and east boundary wall; removal of chimney breast in 2-storey return; and all associated site works to facilitate the proposed development.
