Permission & Retention: The development will consist of the construction of a single storey extension to the rear with a flat roof and rooflights, an attic conversion with dormers and dormer windows to the side and rear, relocating the front door to face the street, alterations to the front façade, a new access door to the side passage and a widening of the existing front vehicular entrance. The retention permission is to include the conversion of the existing porch. The retention permission is also to include the existing concrete tile pitched roof over the porch, entrance hall and T.V. room. The development will also include the demolition of the existing single storey conservatory to the rear and the existing rear outhouses and chimney. The development will include all associated landscaping, ancillary works, services and site works.
