Proposed works will include: 1) demolition of existing (split level three storey) dwelling house, 2) construction of new replacement dwelling house (storey and a half); 3) decommissioning of existing septic tank on site and proposed new connection to public sewage system to serve new dwelling; and 4) all ancillary site works.
