The demolition of an existing single storey dwelling house and outbuilding and the construction of a new 1-2 storey split level dwelling house with adjoining ‘granny flat’ and all ancillary site works. Ancillary site works include the decommissioning of an existing on-site wastewater treatment system and its replacement with a new upgraded on-site wastewater treatment system. Access to the proposed development will be provided via an existing entrance from the L-6525 local road.
