The development will consist of the demolition of single storey glazed lean to extension and garden shed (both to the rear of the property, totalling approx. 17.6 sqm) and the construction of a single storey extension in its place (approx. 22.4 sqm). The works will also consist of the addition of rooflights to the retained roof, selected changes to ground floor windows to front and side, installation of external insulation with finishes to match those existing, increased height of driveway pillars, installation of vehicular sliding gate and all associated site works.
