Planning permission is sought for development comprising: (i) change of use of unit from use as a restaurant and cookery school/food boutique (643 sqm) to retail use (office supplies and office furniture showroom). The unit will consist of 5 no. showrooms, a reception, 1 no. consultation room, storage, staff room and associated staff facilities and ancillary administration/office; (ii) internal works to facilitate the change of use including removal of furniture and fittings; and (iii) the development will also include the removal of existing signage and menus at southeast elevation and all associated site and ancillary works to facilitate the development.
