Permission for the following development, namely; construction of new two storey dwelling house attached to existing end of terrace dwelling house No. 23 Barrett's Terrace. Refurbishment of existing dwelling house at No.23 to include general internal upgrade, blocking of existing first floor window at north east facing gable, build new window at first floor at rear facing elevation, build new single storey extension at rear, new windows and doors throughout as indicated, alterations to existing man roof in order to attach new proposed dwelling house, and all associated site works. Removal of existing palisade fencing at north eastern boundary and erection of new pvc clad fencing on metal frame as indicated on site plan ref. A to B, form temporary access entrance at rear boundary wall from Barrett's Terrace to enable construction, form new pedestrian access to new dwelling house at front boundary, and all associated site works.
