PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission for the proposed development will consist of the construction of a detached three-bedroomed residential dwelling (155m2); single storey onto existing car park and two-storey to rear with balcony and terrace and all associated ancillary elements and site development works including landscaping and boundary treatments. Access to the proposed house will be via the existing entrance onto Orwell Woods. No works are proposed to the protected structure as a result of the proposed development.
