Modifications to proposed house types (all 23 No.) A,B,C & D granted under Planning Ref: 18/6561 namely as follows: House Type A (i) increase in floor area from 167.9m2 to 170.7m2, (ii) ground floor hall window replaced with sidelight to door and repositioned and lounge window reduced in height-all front elevation. House Type B (i) increase in floor area from 175.3m2 to 180.0m2, (ii) ground floor hall window replaced with sidelight to door and repositioned and lounge window reduced in height – all front elevation and (iii) one number first floor window omitted on side elevation – bedroom 4. House Type C (i) floor area reduced from 113.8m2 to 108.6m2 (ii) ground floor living room window reduced in height – front elevation and (iii) ground floor kitchen/dining room window and patio door reversed – rear elevation. House Type D (i) floor area reduced from 139.2m2 to 130.0m2, (ii) ground floor living room window reduced in height – front elevation and (iii) ground floor kitchen/dining room door and window replaced by larger window – side elevation.
