The erection of a 50.35m2 single storey modular server room to the west of the existing security building and all ancillary site development works. The site currently operates under an Industrial Emissions (IE) licence (PO136-04) under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended for the Protection of the Environment Act, 2003). The new development is on a site to which the Chemical Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) regulations 2015 (S.I. 209 of 2015) applies.
