The development consists of: A. The demolition of an existing shed to the rear and 2 no. existing side extensions, removal of 2 existing roof dormers and the removal of the existing chimney. B. Modifications to the existing roof including raising and extending the existing roof to sides and rear and 4 new rooflights. C. A new single storey extension to the sides and rear with 2 new rooflights. D. Renovation of the existing dwelling with a new entrance canopy and rear canopy. E. And all associated landscaping, ancillary and boundary works.
