An increase in the number of days during which operations outside of normal working hours can take place at the existing permitted asphalt plant (permitted under Planning Reg. Nos. 18/06874, 19/5050 and 20/04589), from 100 no. days per annum to 150 no. days per annum, within an application area of 1.605 Hectares. The proposed development will not result in any change in current output rates.
