The construction of a new single storey extension to the existing nursing home. The proposed extension will consist of 2 no. new additional wards. Ward one will accommodate 10 no. single bed ensuite bedrooms, staff area, wc’s and shower rooms along with a day/dining room. Ward two will accommodate 12 no. single bed ensuite bedrooms, staff area, wc’s and shower rooms along with a day/dining room. New connections to onsite sewers connecting to the public sewers and all associated site works.
