The development will consist of (a) removal of existing garage to side and the construction of new garage with bedroom and wet room to rear to side at ground floor (b) kitchen extension to rear (c) front porch (d) removal all hedging and railings to front (e) 2 new vehicular entrance to front (f) construction of 3 no 1.2m high block piers with precast capping at pts A, B and C (g) construction of 1.2m high block wall with precast capping from pts B-C (h) construction of new first floor bedroom to side to include robes and ensuite (i) minor internal alterations (j) solar panels (to specialist detail) on front and gable roofs and ancillary site development works.
