The development will consist of the demolition of an existing single storey extension to the rear of the existing property in conjunction with the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the existing house and the conversion of an existing garage structure to a habitable room. The parapet level of the existing garage structure will be raised to accommodate the conversion. As part of the proposed works some internal alterations to the existing house are also proposed.
