RETENTION: The development will consist of following internal and external alterations to the existing permission DCC Ref. 2479/18: (A) Rearrangement to the internal layout consisting of omission of second bedroom and provision of study/store room and utility room. (B) Alteration of permitted rear extension resulting in area increase of 3.6m2 and rearrangement of fenestration to rear extension. (C) Omission of side window to porch and addition of glazed side panels to both sides of the entrance door. (D) Alterations to front garden consisting of repositioning of bin enclosure, widening of vehicular entrance, provision of metal gate and paved surface to entire front garden.
