The development will consist of Works to existing two story semi-detached dwelling to include for the following; demolition of single storey utility/wc/boiler room block to rear (east) and single storey garage to front (west), construction of two storey extension to rear (east), two storey extensions to front (west) and an attic conversion. Minor internal general refurbishment and renewal of the building services, external hard and soft landscape works to front & rear to include widening of existing site access entrance off Rathfarnham Road and all associated other site development works above and below ground.
