Alterations and extension to the existing St Mary’s Daycare Centre, Mallow consisting of the following: (1) For internal alterations to the layout and external alterations to the existing elevations, (2) To construct a new single storey extension to the rear of existing building to accommodate a new staff area comprising of 2 no. offices, canteen, and toilet, (3) To construct a new front entrance porch to the side of existing building (4) For new external works consisting of a new sit out garden area with retractable awning overhead, new car parking area, bin storage area, signage and all associated site works and services in accordance with plans and documents submitted.
