RETENTION: Works include: (i) Demolition of sub-standard extensions on southeast (7.5 sqm) and northwest (6.8 sqm) sides. (ii) Removal of original front porch way (4.8 sqm) on southeast side. (iii) Construction of new front door with hallway extension of 18.9 sqm and associated modification to pitched roof on northwest side, including 800mm x 400mm velux window to illuminate stairwell. (iv) Internal layout reconfiguration and external landscaping as required for the repositioning of main entrance and hallway.
