PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION & RETENTION: Planning permission is being sought for the proposed change of use of No. 33 Gardiner Street Lower/Deverell Place, Dublin 1 and the ground floor & basement level of the interlinked building to the rear of No. 33-34 Gardiner Street Lower/Deverell Place, from office use to guesthouse use, providing an additional 17 no. en-suite bedrooms and ancillary rooms situated in both buildings, all to function as a single guesthouse in both No. 33 and 34 Gardiner Street Lower, Dublin 1, both of which are Protected Structures.
