The demolition of an existing access road and turnabout area to facilitate provision of a new 3000m2 industrial building with ancillary office space, workshops, yard space, new site access and an extension to the existing carpark. The development will be constructed in two phases, with Phase 1 consisting of 2000m2 workshop, office and welfare space and Phase 2 consisting of a 1000m2 workshop. Site works proposed include car parking, hardstands, land-scaping, and all associated site works and services.
