EOD 25/3003 - PD/15/51 - The development will consist of the resumption of working at the existing sand and gravel pit including extraction and the completion of site rehabilitation/restoration which, subject to availability of suitable material, may include the recovery of imported non-hazardous soil, subsoil and clays the importation of which will be subject to the requirements of the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007 (as amended).
