To construct single-storey dwelling house. Proposed works to include: 1) new dwelling to be accessed via new site entrance from public road and new access driveway, 2) new on site bored well; 3) new septic tank and percolation area to serve new dwelling; 4) new ancillary domestic garage; and , 5) all associated site works including new boundary treatments and landscaping works.
