The erection of 2No. temporary single storey modular buildings with a total gross floor area of c.504m2. The temporary buildings will be required for a maximum period of three years. The temporary buildings will comprise; (i) a gowning and locker building of c.276m2 and maximum height of c.4.15m connected to the northern end of the existing production building P02, and (ii) an office and break room building of c.228m2 and maximum height of c.4.15m connected by covered walkway to the southern end of the existing production building P02. The development will include local site works, footpaths and underground service connections.
