(a) The decommissioning of the existing 24 unit milking parlour located on site plus the decommissioning of a 12 unit milking parlour located on a recently purchased adjoining landholding (See OSi Maps for location). (b) The decommissioning of the existing domestic septic tank and percolation area and Permission to construct a new septic tank and percolation area at the alternative location. (c) Permission for the change of use of the existing milking parlour farm building to calving pens and calf rearing facilities. (d) Permission for the change of use of the existing holding yard to include the construction of a roofed agricultural building containing cattle handling / drafting / sorting facilities. (e) Permission to construct a roofed agricultural building consisting of a rotary milking parlour, wash room, dry store’s and office, external milk storage/cooling silo tank, collecting yard and slatted underground effluent storage.
