The construction of a new dwellinghouse, a new waste-water treatment system, a dual vehicular access from the roadway to both the proposed site and the remainder of the existing agricultural field and all other associated site works. Permission is further sought for a right of way access from a minor road through the site of the applicants family home to allow the applicant to use the vehicular entrance from that site as the exit point to the main road.
