Works to include demolition of single-storey structures to side of existing dwelling and construction of part-single-storey, part-two storey extension with associated rooflights to rear & side of existing dwelling along with conversion of existing garage space. Works also to include conversion of existing attic space & construction of associated dormer to rear. Planning Permission is also sought for widening of existing vehicular entrance to 3.6m, along with all associated landscaping and site works.
