The proposed development will consist of: (1) The development of 99 no. residential housing units comprising 6 no. 4-bed detached dwellings, 23 no. 4-bed semi-detached dwellings, 49 no. 3-bed semi-detached dwellings, 12 no. 3-bed terraced dwellings and 9 no. 2-bed terraced dwellings with associated residential car parking. (2) The construction of 2 no. commercial units (130 sqm and 158sqm respectively), 1 no. retail unit (392sqm) and 1 no. creche (517.75sqm) all fronting onto the public road junction and with associated public space, children's playground, 46 no. car parking spaces and 10 no. bicycle parking spaces. (3) Three new vehicular accesses, public footpaths with new pedestrian accesses and the realignment of the existing road junction to allow for safer pedestrian movement.
