PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of amendments to previously granted planning permission ref. 2726/20 and include the following works to the two-storey dwelling, a protected structure: Conversion of attic to store; Construction of 2 no. new conservation rooflights and 1 no. existing rooflights to be enlarged, all to main roof to rear; Minor amendments to include internal changes at ground and first floor level and new staircase to attic level; All associated conservation and repair work.
