Planning permission for development at the site shall consist of demolition of existing single storey structure (no. 21 Lea Road to the side of the main dwelling house no. 21 Lea Road). Demolition of single storey extension to the side and part demolition of the single storey extension to the rear of no. 21 Lea Road, construction of a new two storey dwelling with habitable attic space and dormer to rear including single storey element to rear, alteration of the existing front boundary to Lea Road to provide for relocated vehicular entrance to no. 21 Lea Road and a new vehicular entrance to the proposed new dwelling, all associated demolition, internal alterations, new boundary walls to side and rear, site, landscaping and ancillary works.
