The development will consist of: 1. The demolition of the existing roof over the first floor level to the rear of the building; 2. Construction of new roof over first floor level to the rear of the building; 3. The change of use of all areas at ground floor level and first floor level from shop use to restaurant use; 4. Removal of existing shopfront and signage onto Thomas Street; 5. Installation of new shopfront and signage and retractable awning onto Thomas Street; and 6. All ancillary internal alterations, site development works and services.
