Permission for the following alterations to the existing building building, namely; Change of use of part of ground floor and basement floor from financial services to part cafe or restaurant use (as 2 no. separate units) and part residential access use (ground floor only), change of use of first, second and third floors from storage and office use to residential use, namely; 12 no. one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
