The development will consist of: • Demolition of existing detached single storey structure (no. 21A Lea Road) to the side of the main dwelling house (No. 21 Lea Road); • Demolition of existing single storey extension to the side and part demolition of the single storey extension to the rear of No. 21 Lea Road; • Construction of a new two storey detached dwelling with habitable attic space and dormer to rear including single storey element to rear; • Alterations of the existing front boundary to Lea Road to provide for relocated vehicular entrance to No. 21 Lea Road and a new vehicular entrance serving the proposed new dwelling at No. 21A; • All associated demolition, internal alterations, new boundary walls to side and rear, site, landscaping and ancillary works.
