development consisting of (a) An upgrade of the existing Gaelic football field to modern day standards; (b) The development of an adjoining multi-use training field; (c) Ancillary works will include: Installation of a 1.2m high powder coated galvanized perimeter fence (around the GAA field); Installation of 2 no. player dugouts to the GAA field; Installation of Ball Stop nets behind the existing GAA goals; (d) Flood Defence Measures Stage 1: regrading of the exiting footpath to the north of the proposed training area, including the provision of a 600mm high retaining wall along the northern limits of the site
