Planning permission is sought for the demolition of a ground floor rear extension and two chimney breasts, construction of a new ground floor extension with flat roof with roof lights, a new dormer roof and window and an additioal rooflight to the main roof, internal reconfiguration to extend the garage at the front and rear and increase the height of the roof with new rooflights, a new front door with side lights and a fanlight for the porch, removing the door and roof canopy to the side with the provision of a window in its place and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
